Sustainable meetings are not only good for the environment – they are now eligible for funding. Plan your sustainable meeting, conference or executive retreat and benefit from the funding programme offered by Convention Partner Vorarlberg.
The Business Meeting Fund Vorarlberg supports sustainable one- or multi-day events with a minimum of 60 participants, providing funding of up to €3,000 per event.
Sustainable Catering
We focus on regional, seasonal and organically produced ingredients, complemented by carefully selected Fair Trade products. A wide range of vegetarian and vegan options is, of course, always available.

All Green Event measures are clearly communicated to guests, partners and team members, ensuring that our sustainability commitment is transparent and visible throughout the event.
Conserving Resources
We avoid single-use packaging, use reusable tableware and beverage containers, and provide complimentary tap water. Our printed materials are produced with resource conservation in mind, while the hotel operates on renewable electricity and uses water-saving technologies.
Waste Prevention + Recycling
We are committed to comprehensive waste prevention and consistent waste separation throughout the hotel. Clearly labelled recycling stations are available for guests to make waste sorting easy and convenient.

Climate-Friendly Mobility
Our hotel is easily accessible by public transport and offers bicycle parking, EV charging stations and a hotel bicycle rental service. Upon request, we are also happy to arrange shuttle services and ride-sharing options for your participants.
